As Digital Strategy Manager you are responsible for the specialist digital skills teams in order to ensure that the highest possible standards are met for technical and operational proficiency.
Above this you will be responsible for ensuring that the business evolves its culture to embrace innovation and increase the focus on growth. You’ll be confident in educating internal teams on the principles of growth management and inspire people to identify, test and execute creative campaigns to generate brand awareness and user growth throughout all marketing channels.

Your role is to guide the product experts into the the next steps that should be taken for their different clients across all channels. You’ll be the one deploying the operational strategy depending on campaign and website results.

Your Skills:

  • Product performance oriented with >5 years experience
  • Expert understanding of web analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Experience developing consumer-facing brand and marketing propositions
  • Experience creating and implementing integrated communication strategies across all online channels
  • Knowledge of attribution models and technology
  • Proven expertise in digital advertising and latest advertising trends
  • Track record of delivering business growth
  • Fast and keen learner
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • Able to manage stressful environment
  • Minimum a Master degree
