About the position

As Senior Digital Expert you are responsible for the implementation and follow up of digital campaigns, while ensuring that the highest possible standards are met for technical and operational proficiency. You will report to the Digital Strategy Manager & will be coached by the Head of Operations.

Transmitting your vision on the evolution of media, identifying new technologies and integrating it in a global client’s strategy will be part of your responsibilities as well as optimizing processes internally.

Your role includes responsibility for managing & optimising media across various media buying platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, Teads etc for a various number of advertisers across all verticals. You work closely with Account Strategists around specific client portfolios.

You will provide end-to-end campaign management (in close collaboration with the support teams): set-up, optimisation, monitoring and performance analysis, including creating regular reports to keep the client’s management teams up-to-date on performance and recommendations. 

You’ll be confident in training internal teams on the principles of growth management and inspire people to identify, test and execute creative campaigns to generate brand awareness and user growth throughout all marketing channels.

Your role is to guide the product experts into the next steps that should be taken for their different clients across all channels. You’ll be the one deploying the operational strategy depending on campaign and website results. 


  • Product performance oriented with >4 years experience
  • Expert understanding of web analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Experience developing consumer-facing brand and marketing propositions
  • Experience creating and implementing integrated communication strategies across all online channels (Google Ads, DV360, Facebook BM, etc)
  • Fully certified (Google Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of attribution models and technology
  • Proven expertise in digital advertising and latest advertising trends
  • Capable of turning data insights into actionable next steps
  • Fast and keen learner 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • General knowledge related to GDPR / 3rd party cookies /… 
  • Able to manage stressful environment
  • (Preferably) bilingual FR/NL with a good knowledge of EN
